Digital Marketing (Ads)

Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and effective ad content that aligns with the brand&039;s identity and messaging.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click- through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels.
Manage the paid advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and continuous optimization to meet business objectives.
Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with company&039;s target audience and drive conversions.
Other tasks assigned by managers.
Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.

Proficiently use online advertising platforms (especially Google, Facebook, Instagram), as well as tools and systems for conversion tracking and monitoring digital marketing effectiveness.
Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
1+ years experience managing paid media campaigns, with a proven track record of success (experience with US/CA/EU market shall be a plus).

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communication, media studies or another discipline

12 days of annual leave
Salary package: Basic salary from VND 8- 13M and bonus based on your experience & performance with total income upto VND 15- 30M/ month.
Working day: 5 days a week from Monday to Friday
13th- month salary and salary review every year.
Working hour: 7,5 hours per day
