Digital Marketing Executive

Understand and map out customer journeys to enhance lead nurturing and conversion processes.
Analyze, optimize website performance with Website Development Department to increase conversions and improve user experience.
Conduct market research in needed to identify new opportunities and stay up- to- date with industry trends and best practices.
Monitor and report on the performance of all lead generation activities and adjust strategies as needed.
Create attractive offers to capture the interest of potential customers.
Develop and implement strategies to generate leads via social media, PPC campaigns, SEO, and other potential platforms.
Work closely with Marketing Executive and Designers to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing campaigns.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and work collaboratively with a cross- functional team.
Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, platforms, and methodologies in the fast- evolving marketing landscape.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create compelling and engaging marketing offers.
Proficiency in email marketing tools, PPC platforms, SEO best practices, and social media marketing.
At least 3 years of experience working in a marketing or lead generation agency.
Experience in hospitality industry is a plus.

At least a bachelor’s degree in a subject or field relevant to Business Strategy or Marketing/Digital Marketing.
Previous experience working with B2C or B2B social media ad campaigns, pay- per- click online advertising, including Google AdWords, email marketing campaigns, and SEO optimization.
