We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UA Marketing/Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
1, Advertising and Campaign Management:
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including display ads, social media ads, and video ads.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
2, Analytics and Reporting:
Make data- driven recommendations to improve digital marketing strategies.
Use digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on campaign performance.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
3, Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and support business objectives.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement them as needed.
4, Content Creation and Management:
Create, curate, and manage content across all digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content.
Ensure that all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and marketing objectives.
5, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
Manage and optimize pay- per- click (PPC) campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok
6, Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure integrated marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute digital marketing initiatives.
