Role Description:
Collaborate with Creative, R&D, and E- commerce teams to optimize ad content and campaign effectiveness.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance on a daily basis using relevant performance metrics.
Develop and implement PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads to achieve revenue targets and advertising performance goals.
Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and advertising trends.
Analyze data, report advertising KPIs, and propose optimization strategies based on actual performance data.
Conduct keyword research, build campaign structures, and optimize advertising performance.
Manage advertising budgets, optimize costs, and improve overall campaign efficiency.
Requirements:
Ability to apply AI tools in daily work.
3+ years of experience in Google Ads.
Ability to read professional materials and communicate/report in English.
Strong Performance Marketing mindset and data analysis capability.
Candidates with experience in E- commerce / Global Market are preferred; POD (Print- on- Demand) experience is a plus.
Experience operating Google Shopping, Merchant Center, and product feeds for E- commerce.
Understanding of user behavior in international markets.
Proactive, responsible, detail- oriented, and results- driven mindset with a strong team spirit.
Proficient in managing campaigns such as Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Demand Gen; experienced in budget management, bidding optimization, and keyword strategy.

Income:
13th- month salary according to company policy.

Salary: 14,000,000 – 18,000,000 VND/month or negotiable based on experience.
