SHOPIFY, CTRWOW, CONTENT OPS TRAINEE
PURPOSE
Learn the full campaign build process, platform standards, and launch readiness, to progress into a QA and Launch Specialist role.
Build and maintain live ecommerce pages and funnels in Shopify and CTRwow with high accuracy and speed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Page And Funnel Build
• Create and manage language versions using approved translations, ensure layout integrity on mobile and desktop
• Create landing pages, product pages, and simple funnel flows using CTRwow templates and predefined structures
• Implement approved layouts for key pages such as home, collection, product, cart, checkout content blocks, post purchase pages, and thank you pages
• Enter and format copy, images, pricing, bundles, variants, and page sections
• Create and update Shopify pages and basic theme sections using provided templates and instructions
Content Operations And Accuracy
• Update content for active sites and funnels based on written briefs and task tickets
• Maintain clean naming conventions for pages, products, collections, discounts, assets, and versions
• Manage basic asset prep, file naming, resizing, compression, and uploading
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all entered content
Basic CRM And Offer Support
• Apply provided instructions for offers and messaging across systems, such as banners, popups, email capture, and thank you messaging
• Support CRM setup tasks by preparing approved copy blocks for flows and templates
Assist with subscription product content changes and member messaging content, when assigned
Basic Tracking And Linking
• Add and verify UTMs and tracking parameters exactly as provided
Confirm correct link paths, buttons, form destinations, and navigation behavior
• Support QA by preparing test links, test products, test discount codes, and test orders, under guidance
Quality Checks And Checklists
• Check mobile layout, broken links, button actions, basic form behavior, and obvious UX issues
• Escalate issues with clear notes and evidence
• Document changes with a simple change log and screenshots when needed
• Use a defect checklist to spot missing assets, incorrect pricing display, translation layout breaks, or inconsistent content
• Run a standard pre publish checklist on every change in CTRwow and Shopify
Collaboration
• Participate in team meetings, provide progress updates, ask clarifying questions early
• Work with Marketing, Design, QA, Dev, and Ops to execute updates correctly
Perform other operational tasks as assigned
