Product assortment management

Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments to anticipate shifts in demand and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify key product categories and prioritize merchandise.
Listing products on all online channels ensures the navigation of the online store is set correctly to facilitate product finding by the customers.
Ensures product images and product description copy is optimized to communicate all the necessary information to the customers.

Online Merchandising execution.

Submit deal and ensure join all the promotion gate of platforms.
Plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion on merchandise.
Optimizes product & category pages for SEO.
Create and optimize product listings on ecommerce platforms, including compelling product descriptions, images, and attributes.

In- Store Merchandising:

Collaborate with retail partners to implement merchandising guidelines and standards, monitor compliance, and provide training as needed.
Ensure optimal product visibility and presentation in retail stores through effective planogramming, signage, and display techniques.
Competitor Analysis and Market Trends Monitoring:
Conduct regular competitor analysis of top competitor.

Analytics and Reporting

Generate regular reports and insights to evaluate merchandising performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform decision- making.
Utilize data- driven insights to optimize product assortment, pricing strategies, and merchandising initiatives.
Track and analyze key performance metrics related to product sales and merchandising effectiveness.

Preferred Skills:

Ecommerce merchandise expertise, analytical skills, data driven mindset.
Design tool Canva, Photoshop.
Strong execution of setting merchandise on ecommerce platforms.
Digital marketing knowledge is a plus.

Benefits

Working: Fulltime 9AM- 6PM ( Monday to Friday) & half of Saturday 2nd & 4th week in a month.

Salary: 10mil- 11mil vnd (gross) + incentives based on sales achievement (up to 17mil vnd)
