English Teacher (Online/Offline) Parttime

Promote the use of English in everyday work situations, such as meetings, presentations, and email communications.
Regularly evaluate students&039; performance through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions to ensure they are improving their language skills.
Work closely with the company to align language training with company goals and individual development plans.
Evaluate employees&039; English levels to design effective training materials that accommodate their busy schedules.
Develop and deliver customized English language courses.
Conduct engaging and interactive classes.

Strong command of the English language with excellent pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, preferably with adult learners or professionals.
Keep detailed records of employees&039; study habits and monitor their learning progress.
Proficient in using digital teaching tools and online platforms to facilitate learning.
Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their language goals.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education or a related field.
Ability to inspire and motivate employees to learn and improve their English skills.
Manage classes with approximately 15- 25 participants.

Negotiable salary based on your skills & experience
Flexible class schedule: after working hours (17:00) or on weekends, with each session lasting 1- 2 hours.
Offer both online and offline training sessions.
