Event/ PR Manager

This role combines the responsibilities of an event manager and a public relations specialist. The ideal candidate is a project manager who understands marketing, promotion techniques, and public relations. We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate with fresh ideas and the organizational skills required to ensure no detail is overlooked.
Job Brief: We are looking for a competent Event/ PR Manager to oversee and organize events and public relations activities that will impact a target audience. You’ll ensure these initiatives are successful and cost- effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints.
Responsibilities:
Event Management (70%):

Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives: 1 Offline Event – 500- 600pax, 8 Offline Event 100- 150pax for both HCM and Hanoi & Monthly Online Seminar…
Lead promotional activities for events.
Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring adherence.
Analyze the success of events and prepare reports.
Ensure the event is completed smoothly and address any issues that arise.

Public Relations & Content Management (30%):

Write & prepare press releases and promptly create and execute PR strategies for events, products, and services.
Market the company’s services, including career fairs, web seminars, info sessions, and custom hiring events for both employers and job seekers.
Manage relations with Vietnamese media contacts.
Coordinate with Digital Marketing to develop content for communication and social media.
Execute internal PR strategies to foster a friendly and cooperative corporate culture.
Support press trip organization and special events.
Work with Website Product Management to create product content.

Knowledge of KPIs, marketing techniques, and PR for event management.
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Ability to work under high pressure.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Customer service- oriented and a team player with leadership skills.
Proven experience as an event manager/supervisor with strong project management skills.
Strong relationships with Vietnamese media.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR Management, or a related field.
Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
5+ years of experience in PR, Event Management, and Marketing functions
Excellent organizational and problem- solving abilities.
