Finance Customer Service (Phone Consulting)

Working at Shinhan Bank Office (Office Work- Bank provides Customer Data):

- Phone call to your customers to advise on CREDIT CARDS & CREDIT LOAN products based on the available list provided by the bank.

- The list of customers has been initially selected and is capable of meeting Shinhan Bank&039;s services. Accordingly, consultants will be largely supported in terms of customer sources, and will not have to travel outside to meet Troubleshooting and consulting customers directly.

- Build and develop a list of potential customers

- Make work- related reports

- Details about the job will be discussed directly at the interview

- Ensure compliance with regulations on service quality and product policies of the Bank

Applicants with the following criteria will be given priority:
- Have passion in the fields of Business, Finance- Banking, Financial Consulting
- Graduated from University, College or Intermediate School in Economics, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Tourism, Import- Export, Real Estate, Business,...
- Graduated from a different field but has passion in the field of credit product sales or Securities Consulting, Insurance, other Financial consulting services are accepted and will be trained in Banking operations by Shinhan Bank before accepting. job (paid training)
- Have at least 03 years of experience or more in the same field, preferably with Telesales experience selling Credit and Credit Card products at a Bank or equivalent Finance Company

Basic salary + Allowances:
– Be thoroughly trained on products and sales skills to serve the business
– Health policy and insurance according to Vietnam Labor Law
- Actual salary received = Basic salary + allowances + target completion
- Sale Executive: Basic salary: 9,100,000 vnd, target achieved: 17,330,000 vnd
