RESPONSIBILITIES
Design In- game event
Design and balance game system, in- game economy, difficulty progression and user progression and more.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure events are attractive, balanced, and aligned with business goals.
Create event concepts, flow, reward systems, and gameplay mechanics;
UI/UX Design & Optimization:
Propose wireframes and user flows for new features or improvements;
Work with Artists and Developers to ensure the UI is both visually appealing and easy to use.
Make sure to write all of the game design documents very clean and organized in order to facilitate the communication between multidisciplinary departments and professions.
Research and analyze references in the market to understand the trend of game systems. Moreover, propose new ideas for features and systems based on the study of references.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
2- 3 years of experience in a Game Designer position;
Portfolio is needed;
Be aware and play games from various genres;
Strong understanding of game UI/UX design;
Experience in game event design;
Solid knowledge of game mechanics, game flow.
Game Balancing Expertise:
Experience in game balancing, including in- game economies, difficulty progression, and user progression.
Released Products:
Experience in updating features and balancing according to the project plan.
Published at least 1 completed/released product on the market including Tower Defense games, Puzzle games, RPG games, Hero Collection Turn- based RPGs, Idle RPGs;
Knowledge and Skills:
Analytical and statistical skills with attention to detail.
Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written;
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
Passion and Commitment:
Responsible and diligent in all work tasks.
Passionate about making and playing mobile games;
Language Skills:
Fluent in English.
