General Accountant

YOUR MISSION AS JUNIOR GENERAL ACCOUNTANT
Working location: Dat Do District, Ba Ria- Vung Tau (Having shuttle bus from Vung Tau city).
This position is accountable for accounting works in newly established factory in Ba Ria- Vung Tau and back up accounting works in a small factory in Dong Nai if any.
(The successful candidate may have the opportunity to become General Accountant if they excel in their performance during the first one- two years at the Company)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Double checking supporting documents of in – out stock voucher from Raw material warehouse; Finished Goods warehouse and some specific warehouse such as R&D; QA/QC, I&M
- Others as assigned by the Chief Accountant.
- Supporting General accounting to calculate depreciation, prepaid expenses and production cost monthly.
- Record all payment transactions to accounting system daily as accounting regulations and management requirements.
- Daily recording in – out stock voucher to Accounting software.
- Checking payment documents such as Tax/ Accounting and internal policy.
- Work with the auditors yearly and Tax inspectors if any;
- Counting inventory of all warehouses together with stockkeeper monthly or for internal management and audit purposes.
- Checking PIT report from HR department periodically.
- Making monthly report about: In – Stock; Out – Stock; Balance – Stock.
- Record input invoices to accounting system daily.
- Make VAT report periodically.
- Supporting General accounting to make financial report and management monthly & yearly.
REQUIREMENTS OF ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY
- Satisfactory Excel skills.
- Honest, careful and detailed- oriented.
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- University graduate.
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing as an General Accountant.
- Willingness to learn new skills that will serve accounting work.
- Knowledgeable in VAS and Tax.
- Can work both independently and as a team.
- Basic use & understanding of English in work- related context.
