General Accountant

We are looking for "General Accountant" position taking in charge for MEDI Clinics is a newly established healthcare provider dedicated to providing pediatric, pediatric nutrition, and family care services. Our mission revolves around prioritizing family health and well- being by providing innovative healthcare solutions following German standards and embracing a comprehensive approach to holistic wellness.
Accounting Tasks (80%):

Receive, verify, and review the legality of invoices and documents.
Other ad- hoc tasks
Export VAT invoice output.
Report data on a daily basis for the cash on hand, bank
Prepare tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, …) and financial reports regularly.
Update information in the accounting ledger and record documents according to the accounting regulations.
Control income and expenditure documents and reconcile accounts payable.
Reporting data on inventory
Support the cashier in income and expenditure, and cash counting.
Verify payment requests and accounting documents.

HR Officer Tasks (20%):

Developing and monitoring HR policies, payroll, paperwork and metrics
Monitoring staff performance and providing updates on employee- related information.
Organize internal activities with Back Office Team for employees- if any
Support in the hiring process, including advertising job openings and sourcing potential candidates.
Performs other duties as assigned

Good communication and presentation skills minimal supervision aptitude for learning & utilizing systems.
2- 3 years of experience in HR & Internal Accounting;
Self- motivated, and capable of driving changes and initiatives.
Be able to work independently and as a team player.
Accounting experience with clinics and pharmacies is given preference.
Good English written and verbal communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
