General Accountant

Stay updated on new Accounting and Tax standards and policies. Provide guidance to other departments on Accounting and Tax- related matters.
Social insurance: Prepare social insurance records related to the increase or decrease in labor, change the social insurance payment level Calculate the monthly social insurance payment amount, and submit labor records/social insurance money- personal income tax to relevant agencies. Work with relevant agencies on issues related to social insurance when required.
Consulting and discussing tax and insurance issues with relevant departments
Prepare PIT tax reports of all types related to salaries paid abroad for employees residing or non- resident in Vietnam, income paid to employees in Vietnam, and personal income tax declarations.
Preparing Tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT, WHT,...);
Prepare the financial reports (including the balance sheet, the income statement, the statement of cash flow, and the statement of retained earnings) monthly and annually according to accounting standards as required by the Board of Directors;
Payroll calculation: Calculate the actual salary paid and the personal income tax to be paid according to Vietnamese law
Store and arrange accounting documents in accordance with the provisions of the Accounting Law;
Account for the allocation of expenses, depreciation, fixed assets, accounts payable, and related accounting transactions arising on the system and accounting software (Misa);
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Managing external relationships with tax authorities, banks, and relevant government organizations relating to accounting and finance matters;
Coordinate to explain data and provide records, data for tax authorities, auditors, inspection, and verification when requested.

Bachelor’s Degree in accounting- auditing, corporate finance, financial management, etc.
Female/male from 27- 35 years old
At least 3 years experience as a non- internship professional in a General Accounting position (preferably with experience working in a business with 100 or more employees);
Language requirements:
English: Proficiency in English major (must have)
Japanese: Knowing Japanese is a plus (nice to have)
Proficient in using Office tools (Words, Excel, Power Point...) and specializing in accounting software (Misa) is a plus.
High sense of responsibility; agile and flexible in handling arising situations.
Integrity, careful, hardworking, capable of performing tasks requiring high precision;
Familiarity with and regularly update current regulations and policies in Vietnam related to accounting, finance and tax organization;
Ability to synthesize, process, analyze and explain financial reports;
