*** Job brief
We are looking for a general ledger accountant who can prepare journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts, and ensure data accuracy. He/She will work with management in other departments including sales operations, production, research and administration. Candidate needs to be detail- oriented, organized, and accurate. Experienced with tax finalization, good tax knowledge
*** Responsibilities
• Timely entering financial data and transactions into the ledger
• Coordinate with other departments to obtain transaction information, research reconciling items, and resolve issues
• Collaborating with other departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting support
• Performing audits on financial data to assure its accuracy and truthfulness.
• Entering financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis, as well as preparing management reports and tã report.
• Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct.

*** Requirements and skills
• Open to travel as per job requirement to company’s production and processing locations.
• Flexible to meet changing priorities and the ability to prioritize workload to achieve on time accurate results
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Bachelor&039;s or associate&039;s degree in accounting, or in a related specialization.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English Language.
• Must have experience with a large ERP system, SAP will be preferred
• In- depth knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
• At least 2 years experience in general ledger accounting, or similar.
