General Accountant (Lotte Properties Hanoi) Business Planning & Strategy Staff (Lotte Properties Hanoi)

- Prepare VAS and IFRS reports monthly.
- Work with auditors for the audit and TP report at the end of the year,
- Check all authority reports (Tax report and DPI, SBV report, etc.)
- Check the balance of receivable and payable in the system.
- Check all vouchers (invoice, contract, supporting documents) for payment
- Work with other teams to consolidate reports monthly.
- Prepare monthly closing voucher (Allocate prepaid expense, accrue expense and income, etc.)
- Other tasks assigned by CA and CFO

- High attention to detail.
- Experience with SAP.
- Good communication skills in both English & and Vietnamese.
- University degree, major in Finance & Accounting.
- Knowledge of the Vietnamese Accounting Standard (VAS) and International Financial Report Standard (IFRS).
- Good office computer skills, especially Excel.
- 5 years of working experience in FDI companies or big corporations.
