General Accountant (Temporary - 1 Year)

Manage Financial Processes
Ensure efficient processing of all financial transactions within the organization.
Supervise and review all accounting procedures, including year- end closing.

Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Design and implement audit schedules for external auditors.

Monitor account reconciliation, tax calculations, and cost accounting to ensure tax compliance.

Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting reports
Budgeting and Forecasting
Develop budgetary plans for various processes.
Analyze financial data and support in forecasting the organization&039;s financial needs.
Financial Systems and Controls
Provide support for the safekeeping of internal company expenses.
Organize and maintain all company financial programs to comply with budgetary requirements.
Evaluate current accounting methods and processes for potential improvements.
Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures.
Manage and maintain finance- related programs and documents, including future plans and programs.
Tax
Contact point to work with tax authority during the on- going tax inspection by Tax Department
Prepare periodical tax report (VAT, CIT, PIT…), ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulation

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/auditing or equivalent.
• More than 5 years’ experience in corporate finance or over 3 years’ experience in accounting and
auditing services.
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.
• Experience in real estate or construction is a BIG plus.
• ACCA/CPA qualification is preferable.
• Management skill in negotiation with Authorities in term of accounting and tax regulation
• Must have fluent English (both verbal & written).
