We are seeking
General Marketing Executive
with the following key responsibilities:
Develop and Execute IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) Campaigns
• Develop and manage integrated communication campaigns (IMC) to ensure brand consistency across all communication activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute detailed plans.
• Analyze the characteristics and behavior of target audiences to create suitable content and select the right communication channels.
• Enhance brand value and recognition through IMC and 360- degree marketing campaigns.
Execute 360- Degree Marketing Campaigns
• Work closely with content, design, and production teams to create diverse marketing assets.
• Create detailed plans for each phase of the campaign, monitor progress, and adjust flexibly to optimize results.
• Develop content and messaging tailored to different channels and audience segments, ensuring unified and engaging communication.
Manage and Optimize Diverse Communication Channels
• Understand the characteristics of various communication channels to select the most suitable ones for each campaign based on target audiences and brand objectives.
• Stay updated on emerging media trends to refine strategies and enhance promotional efficiency.
• Master key digital metrics (e.g., CTR, CPM, CPA, ROI) to monitor, operate, and adjust campaigns in real- time, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
Support Other Marketing Activities
• Assist and collaborate with other departments in product promotion, internal communication, and company events.
• Act as a bridge between internal teams to ensure all marketing activities align with the company‘s overall goals.
Budget Management and Performance Measurement
• Compile comprehensive campaign reports with specific performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness and propose improvements for future campaigns.
• Work with the finance team to effectively manage marketing budgets, ensuring spending aligns with objectives and achieves optimal results.
Market and Competitor Analysis
• Identify new opportunities and suggest improvements to marketing strategies based on data and customer feedback.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop timely and appropriate marketing strategies.
