Participate in on- the- job training of FO departments and other required training from HR Department.
Handleg guest requests and complaints
Conduct the check- in and check- out process
Welcome guests as they come in
Do room upselling to maximize hotel revenue.
Take care of in- house guests and assisting guests&039; appropriate requests.
Do selling accommodation for walk- in guests.

Willing to work on shifts and weekends
College/University of Tourism, hospitality or equivalent education
Excellent written and oral communication skill
Language: good level in English both writing and speaking
