We are looking for an Associate Account Manager / Account Manager who is passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and brand engagement to join our dynamic Business Development team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development & Client Growth
Develop compelling proposals and presentations to win new business.
Perform thorough research on potential clients, and devise and execute strategic plans to secure new accounts.
Conduct regular assessments of existing accounts to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
Lead new business pitches, overseeing the entire process from initiation to completion (with support from the Senior Account Manager/ Group Account Director for key projects).
Take an active and proactive approach in developing and implementing strategies to upsell and cross- sell services, presenting proposals that maximize revenue opportunities.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to enhance partnerships and expand service offerings.
Strategic Account Management
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, project management team and production) to ensure client objectives are met effectively.
Apply market insights to optimize campaign strategies and drive client success.
Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvements and future planning.
Support the development of campaign strategies by gathering insights on market trends, client needs, and competitive activities.
Innovation & Thought Leadership
Drive innovation and make a meaningful impact within the company.
Explore innovative approaches to influencer collaboration and engagement.
Create case studies, apply for industry awards, and establish thought leadership.
Research client demands and market trends in social commerce, influencer marketing, and digital.
Work with internal teams and partners to develop and commercialize innovative products.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Bachelor&039;s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Data- driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
4- 5+ years of experience in advertising, influencer marketing, or digital strategy (agency experience preferred).
Proactive, innovative, and highly adaptable to fast- changing digital landscapes.
Strong understanding of social platforms and influencer marketing ecosystems.
