Chúng tôi không ngừng nghiên cứu và phát triển sản phẩm, cập nhật và áp dụng các kỹ thuật cắt may hiện đại nhất cùng với việc sử dụng chất liệu vải cao cấp như spandex, nylon, lycra®,... Tất cả góp phần mang đến sự thanh lịch và thoải mái nhất cho toàn bộ các dòng sản phẩm tại Olaben.
Với tâm huyết tạo ra những sản phẩm thân thiện với môi trường, chúng tôi đã và đang sử dụng những chất liệu vải có thể tái chế được, màu nhuộm hoàn toàn từ thiên nhiên, mang đến sự an toàn và thoải mái cho cơ thể bạn và cho môi trường xung quanh. JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
Content Calendar Planning
• Ensure content is timely, consistent, and reflective of Jessica’s yoga and lifestyle message.
• Align the calendar with Jessica’s goals, wellness themes, and key moments to maximize engagement.
• Develop and maintain a detailed content calendar for videos, podcasts, and social media posts.
Support for Content Creation
• Assist Jessica during video shoots and podcast recordings, managing logistics like set preparation, scripts, and equipment.
• Research trending topics, wellness practices, and creative ideas to elevate content.
• Collaborate with Jessica to strategize impactful podcast episodes.
• Handle basic video editing or coordinate with editors to ensure quality production.
Podcast Strategy and Development
• Oversee podcast production, from recording schedules to post- production processes.
• Plan episode structures, themes, and guest invitations to keep the podcast engaging and aligned with her vision.
Community and Platform Management
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions to foster engagement and authenticity.
Administrative and Strategic Support
• Handle small administrative tasks, like emails, content uploads, and meeting notes, to free up Jessica’s time for creativity.
• Analyze performance metrics on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Spotify to identify areas of growth.
• Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and social media best practices to optimize reach.
REQUIREMENTS
• A collaborative and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro is desirable.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with social media management, video editing, or podcasting is a plus.
• Creative thinker with a passion for wellness and healthy living.
