MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Conduct basic legal research and assist in preparing internal legal memos.
Assist with administrative legal tasks, including managing company stamps, maintaining filing systems, and updating legal databases.
Support the review and drafting of basic legal documents such as contracts, annexes, and other related materials (under supervision).
Review, organize, and systematize legal documents and records (both physical and digital).
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Legal Team Leader.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Patient, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Final- year student or recent graduate majoring in Law, Business Law, or a related field.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional legal environment.
No prior work experience required.
Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to read and understand legal documents in English.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in handling documents.
