JOB DESCRIPTION
Data Collection & Processing (55%)
Collect, process, and validate data from multiple online and social platforms, ensuring accuracy and reliability for client use.
AI- Driven Data Intelligence (Future Development): In addition to traditional data handling, you will be guided to adopt and experiment with AI- powered methods, including prompt design and AI- assisted classification, with the goal of building more efficient, scalable workflows.
Project Management (15%)
Manage your own portfolio of projects with minimal supervision, while supporting cross- team initiatives to optimize data processes and knowledge sharing.
Client Servicing (20%)
Communicate directly with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements, provide updates, and ensure deliverables are aligned with expectations.
Cost Management (5%)
Support the Data Lead in ensuring that internal project costs align with the client‘s budget and desired timeline.
Other Responsibilities (5%)
Support the higher level in improving workflow efficiency, contribute ideas for innovation, and participate in training or mentoring junior members.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related in Data Analytics
Skill:
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficient understanding of social media platforms and their operations.
Attention to detail and meticulousness.
Skills in data analysis and basic report generation.
Experience:
At least 3 years at the same position is a plus
