Perform Account Opening/Closure with checking documentations for non- walk in/ walk in customers.
Perform Account maintenances of the following major facilities for customers

Signature/Documents scanning and retrievals
Issue account confirmation
ATM/ Token issuance
Update customers’ information
Refund / waivers of charges / interests

Ensure that the reports will be sent to PIC on time
Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
Collect data / information related or required for branch reporting when necessary
Other assigned task by PV checker and Branch Manager from time to time
Provide bank statement to customers in person or deliver to customers’ address
Store docs by scanning EWF or booking Crown service.
Investigate and respond customers’ query / complaints
Participate in testing whenever required
Contribution of sales referral
Cooperate with BUs to explore good opportunity to achieve Sales referral results
Handle customer’s inquiries/ complaints properly. If necessary, contact relevant Teams for assisting with more information; or escalate to Team Leader/ Manager for further support
Do the confirmation of the balance and the account
