JOB PURPOSE
She/he will be responsible for logistic operations and order processing, directly reporting to Senior Logistics Manager.
DIMENSION/ KEY FIGURES
External customers: Service Providers, Suppliers, Production Center
Direct report to: Senior Logistics Manager
Internal customers: Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance
Geographical Area: Beiersdorf office in Ho Chi Minh city
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Warehouse activity:
Manage and executive all transactions on SAP with all processes such as write- offs and disposals, stock counts, stock control, transaction reconsideration, and VAS
Control physical stock at warehouse as requested by checking vendor onsite at WH- Vsip1/Vsip2- Binh Duong
Physical Disposal Control: Owner of all processes, physical systems, and documents with the vendor at WH- Vsip1/Vsip2- Binh Duong
Transportation- DRP
Manage and executive all transactions on SAP, including all process- related transportation of transfer stock
Collaborate with transporter and warehouse vendors to make sure all activities are smooth.
Manage transportation costs (payment and pallet disposal)
FOC / Staff purchases
Collaborate with the team to fully fill internal orders, from the system to physical handling.
Make sure all physical and system
Procurement admin
Manage and executive administration of the procurement part, which is under the control of the management team
Other
Improvement project as to fulfill target as digital, productivity, and simplify
Other tasks are assigned by the line manager
Count stock physically in WH
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
Education
Graduate in Business Administration/Economy/Foreign Trade/Engineering/Supply Chain/Logistics
Experience
1- 2 years’ experience in logistics operations
Experience in FMCG is a plus
Warehouse and inventory experience is more preferred
