JOB PURPOSE:
This position will oversee logistics operations as well as order processing.
DIMENSION/ KEY FIGURES:
External customers: Service Providers, Suppliers, Production Centers
Internal customers: Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance
Direct report to: Senior Logistics Manager
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Order management:
Manage the invoicing process and reconcile all transaction- related systems (SAP, invoicing, etc.).
Ensure all orders follow internal processes and are in compliance with risk control management (RCM).
Customer services:
Take care of the end- to- end return process and ensure compliance with the control process.
Daily mapping of product codes and making sure the order process is smoothly working.
Warehouse activity:
Manage and executive all transactions on SAP with all processes such as write- off and disposal, stock count, stock control, transaction reconsideration, and VAS.
Control physical stock at warehouse as requested by checking vendor onsite at WH- Vsip1/Vsip2- Binh Duong.
Others:
Other tasks are assigned by the line manager.
Improvement project as to fulfill target as digital, productivity, and simplify.
IDEAL CANDIDATE WHO WILL HAVE:
Education:
Graduate in Business Administration/Economy/Foreign Trade/Engineering/Supply Chain/Logistics.
Experience:
1- 2 years’ experience in logistics operations.
Warehouse and inventory experiences are preferable.
Experience in FMCG and the import/export process is a plus.
Computer Microsoft Office skills:
Proficiency with Word and Excel is required.
SAP and MS Power BI mindset and application.
