This role involves providing guidance to navigate our end- to- end people processes confidently and efficiently. You must be adaptable, offering tailored solutions as needed and as a trusted advisor, this role is expected to deliver practical and business- oriented HR advice and coaching across all organisational levels. Additionally, you will efficiently execute essential HR tasks to meet business requirements accurately.
This role is pivotal in offering guidance across a spectrum of HR matters, ensuring policy compliance, nurturing positive employee relationships, and contributing to the overall organisational success.
You should possess an in- depth understanding of HR practices, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive problem- solving approach.
Based at our Ho Chi Minh City office in Vietnam and reporting to the People Solutions Ops Lead based in Malaysia, by joining our People Solutions Team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support and resolving HR inquiries and requests.
As a HR & Payroll Advisor you will:
Manage the execution of payroll with appointed vendor and ensuring timely processing.
Generate and uphold accurate employment documents and contracts, including coordinating with People Leaders.
You will be part of the team as it embarks on a journey of transformation into the digital era, making it a simpler and more modern place to work. As this change evolves, you will gain exposure to varied human resources inquiries and the position will progress to one which is more advisory in scope, enabled by both automation and human collaboration in providing people solutions.
Handle and coordinate HR benefits and administrative tasks, promptly directing requests to the appropriate channels, and ensure timely processing.
Maintaining accurate and confidential employee data within our HR database.
Support people changes in our internal systems, including terminations, band adjustments, title changes, and reporting line modifications. Supporting the timely processing of new employees and changes.
Requirements
Bachelor&039;s degree in HR or related field
Proven experience in HR operations or related roles
Strong problem- solving skills
Payroll knowledge and experience is a must
Vietnamese and English language written & spoken proficiency
Knowledge of HR policies and the ability to work independently
