Head of Digital Transformation

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Actively participate in Major Incident Management (MIM) with the Application Management Service.
Take charge of the SAP/ERP implementation, oversee the functional delivery and overall support of ERP including resource management, performance and scalability.
Collaborate with Infra team to enhance the SAP tech stack and keep it up- to- date with current trends, control and execute the required SAP upgrades.
Establish a center of excellence for SAP and ERP, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
Define and track support metrics, including OKR’s and dashboards, ticketing SLAs.
Manage the relationship with System Integrator regarding Projects, CRs and AMS
Monitor and address any issues or bottlenecks to ensure smooth operation of SAP systems.
Manage a team of Technical and ERP functional support, provide technical leadership and governance to the ERP/SAP engineering team to maintain high standards and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience acceptable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster cross- departmental collaboration.
Extensive knowledge and experience with SAP/ERP, including a deep understanding of specific technologies and modules.
Proven track record of successfully implementing SAP systems in complex enterprises.
Expertise in SAP technologies: HANA, Fiori, Analytics Cloud...
Results- oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high- quality work and achieving project goals.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high- performing team.
Demonstrated experience with project management/Agile delivery/ ITIL in a regulated environment.
