We are looking for a seasoned and visionary Head of IT with extensive experience in infrastructure, security, operation, and modern cloud systems with overall responsibility for technology infrastructure planning and deployment of technology for various projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Stay updated on trends, opportunities, and risks in the IT industry and consult with BOD on solutions to ensure the company’s competitive advantages.
Ensure that all technology practices align with both the company and governance&039;s compliance regulations.
Be responsible for the implementation and operation of all technology infrastructures and the availability, integrity, security of all IT systems.
Lead the technology infrastructure strategy and execution for the enterprise.
Responsible for information and data security, applying advanced security measures and complying with legal regulations.
Handle comprehensive disaster recovery architecture and operations, including storage area network and redundant, highly- available server and network architectures.
Leadership for delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance.
Identify opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement.
Provide infrastructure services vision, enable innovation and seek to leverage IT practices that can create business value consistent with the company’s requirements and expectations.
Requirements:
Experience with AWS services (e.g., ECS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway) and their application in building scalable systems.
Strong experience in a production 24/7 high- availability multi- site enterprise environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent major.
Strong experience in leading overall infrastructure for a complex organization and network.
Strong experience with regulatory compliance issues, as well best practices in application and network security.
Willing to work and locate in SEA (outside Vietnam).
Proficient in English in communication, presentations, and negotiations with foreign partners and stakeholders.
Proven minimum of 3- year- experience with IT Head position or similar managerial role.
Ability to lead, manage, and develop teams.
Solid knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure, security and operation for both web/ mobile applications.
