RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop Sales Strategy:
Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Formulate and execute comprehensive sales plans that align with business goals and objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Achieve Revenue Targets:
Take ownership of revenue generation and sales growth targets across all product lines and regions.
Implement effective sales forecasting and planning processes.
Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Leadership and Team Management
Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team members.
Build, mentor, and lead a high performing sales team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure effective communication of customer feedback and market insights to relevant teams.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Integration:
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement best practices to drive online sales growth.
Leverage digital channels and platforms to enhance sales effectiveness and reach target audiences.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize online presence, customer acquisition strategies, and ecommerce performance.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product development, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales efforts with overall business strategies.
Collaborate with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision making.
Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for senior management on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of Business Development / Account management experience
Experience in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising.
Proven track record of success in pitching and executing new business deals
Previously demonstrated experience in leading and/or building corporate Business Development or B2B
Proven experience as a senior sales leader, ideally within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving sales growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fi eld (Master’s degree preferred).
