JOB DESCRIPTION
The position is located in Hanoi, Vietnam.
We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team in Hanoi. This role combines business development and account management, focusing on identifying new institutional clients, supporting the sales process, and maintaining long- term relationships with existing partners. The position involves regular communication with international clients via email, phone, and online meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams). Strong English communication skills and confidence working in an international environment are essential.
Job Responsibilities
Communicate customer feedback and needs to the product development and data teams.
Conduct online meetings to demonstrate and support the use of the company’s products and services.
Identify and research potential clients.
Assist with other business development and customer success activities as needed.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Prepare, update, and maintain customer support and marketing materials.
Develop and execute email outreach campaigns to introduce products and services of the company to potential clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in English, business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in SaaS, business development, customer success, or working with universities, B2B clients is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, proactive, and detail- oriented.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer success is preferred.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and comfortably with international clients in English.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
