JOB DESCRIPTION
Provideadministrative support in day- to- day HR operations.
Assist with employeeengagement initiatives and HR events.
Assist in therecruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, andcoordinating with candidates.
Help maintainemployee records and ensure documentation is up to date.
Assist with updatingand maintaining HR databases and reports.
Support theonboarding process by preparing materials, organizing orientation sessions, andassisting new hires.
Participate in HRprojects, such as performance management, employee feedback, and policyupdates.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to use editing applications/ (Canva, Capcut,...).
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Currentlypursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, Psychology, or a related field.
Proficiencyin MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail- oriented,organized, and able to manage time effectively.
Nativespeaker of Vietnamese, good business English skills, can speak Korean/Japanese is desirable.
Stronginterest in HR practices and people management.
