Job Description
Gear Inc. is looking for Moderation Team Leaders to join our Moderation team. Ideal candidates will join our team to assist in supervising a team, reasonably assuring team&039;s performance to meet clients&039; requirement and escalating abnormal issues when required. Leaders should be capable of providing answers to both simple and complicated questions (from the team or clients) in a timely manner.
Your main responsibilities are:
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies;
Supervise team members and be able to arrange or cover members working shifts if necessary;
Personal traits and self- management skills are required to manage unique risks and a fast- paced work environment within the Content Moderation industry. Candidates may potentially be exposed to harmful content.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
Keep records of issues/problems for further investigation;
Handle clients&039; complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution;
Meet personal/team targets;
Work with managers about clients&039; feedback;
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
Self- learning ability and can- do attitude;
At least 6 months of experience in leading, managing and coaching a team of at least 15 members. Welcome candidates with leadership experience in school, college, university.
Good command in English;
Able to join immediately;
Proficient skills with office applications
Willing to work on roasting shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Familiar with data analysis;
Good at Business Communication;
Good interpersonal skills

Working time:
5 days per week amounting to 40 hours, arranged by the company;
The detailed working hour for each shift is as follows:
Shift 1: 7:00 a.m- 3:00 p.m;
Shift 2: 3:00 p.m- 11:00 p.m;
Shift 3: 11:00 p.m- 7:00 a.m or 12:00 a.m- 8:00 a.m;
Able to work during Vietnamese Public Holidays as requested (New Year, Lunar New Year, Independence Day, etc.).
Require to work at least 1 shift on weekends and 1 overnight shift;
Working Location: Hai Ba Trung, Ha Noi.
