JOB DESCRIPTION
• To fulfill the tasks assigned with sufficient coaching by experienced Consultant and/or Senior Consultant including but not limited to:
• Labour contract support (New hires and Extension)
• Individual employee file&039;s following up, storing and management
• Supporting in new hire orientation
• Supporting in medical claims collection and sending
• Other tasks upon assignment
REQUIREMENTS
• Senior Students or Fresh Graduated (no work experience required) who could work full- time in 06 months
• University degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Law or related major
• Have passion for Human Resources, particularly Payroll is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English skills
