HR Assistant Traveloka - Successful Startup

- Coordinate with payroll team in HQ & payroll vendors for HR reports, PIT code registration, dependent registration and others related to payroll.
- Managing engagement activities & company events: wellness events, year- end, townhall, HR talks
- Support for Onboarding & Offboarding process: tasks assignment & management in Asana, onboard commitment signed off or Exit checklist.
- Record all freelancer contracts and monthly record of PIT freelancers if we pay the fee directly.
- Premium health insurance: quotations, registration, termination and claim management
- Traveloka point data management
- Organizing yearly health check
- Help VN People Ops Manager to process Visa, Work- permit for expats
- Leave approval: compensatory time off for biz trip, marriage leave, sick leave, funeral leave, maternity leave
- Manage PR/PO in Oracle for related activities and works
- Other tasks assigned by VN People Ops Manager
- Government insurance: proceed necessary document to submit, terminate, finalize social insurance book, handle government health insurance claims
- Emotional support & Gifts in the event: Tet holiday gift, Wedding gift, Funeral Wreath, Gift for newborn baby, Flower/fruit visit employee who has operations in hospital/ miscarriage

- Bachelor Degree from any major study background
- Good English communication skill, responsive, humble, strong desire to achieve and proven capabilities of multi- tasking.
- Self- starter and detail oriented type of person.
- Fresh graduates, candidates who have experience in organizing events at universities or trainees in companies are preferred.
