Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our fast- growing ecommerce startup. As an HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing our talented members while fostering a culture of efficiency and high performance. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, department heads, and leadership teams to drive HR initiatives that support our business objectives and enhance employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Development:
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to ensure an efficient recruitment process, addressing any blockers and enhancing candidate experience. Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent in the competitive ecommerce market.
Utilize HR analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness, employee performance, and turnover rates. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize HR strategies and improve organizational performance.
Company Culture Building:
Learning and Development Strategy: Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and development needs. Implement training programs and initiatives to upskill employees and align talent development with business objectives.
Cross- Departmental Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business (P&L) and HR functions including Talent Acquisition (TA), Compensation & Benefits (C&B), and Administration (Admin) to achieve HR goals set by the CEO and P&L Lead. Foster collaboration and alignment across departments to drive cohesive HR strategies.
Design and execute initiatives to foster a positive and engaged workforce. Organize team- building activities, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Team Health Management: Ensure the quantity and quality of personnel meet the company&039;s evolving requirements. Partner with managers to address staffing issues and succession planning to support business growth.
Change Management Support: Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance and communication strategies to employees and managers. Ensure smooth transitions during periods of growth or restructuring.
Develop and promote a culture focused on efficiency and tangible results rather than just fun and games, balancing productivity with employee satisfaction. Implement initiatives that align with our values and contribute to a positive work environment.
