We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to support our Revelyst Asia organization. This role is ideal for a human resources professional who thrives in a fast- paced environment and is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and performance management. Working closely with senior HR leadership and regional leadership team, you will help implement strategic HR initiatives and ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.

This position reports to the Sr. Director of Human Resources and is based out of our Vietnam office.
As the HR Generalist, you will have an opportunity to :
Collaborate with the Compensation team to provide market data and conduct job analyses for position classification.
Support conflict resolution and facilitate constructive communication between employees and managers.
Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations in collaboration with leadership.
Support performance appraisal processes and alignment of expectations between employees and managers.
Support benefits administration, including enrollment, employee inquiries, and open enrollment coordination.
Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
Participate in HR projects aligned with business goals.
Partner with managers to create and support employee development plans.
Contribute to strategies that enhance employee engagement and performance.
Maintain accurate HR records for audits, reporting, and compliance.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring coordination.
Assist in the delivery of training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports (e.g., turnover, attendance).
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries.
