PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for daily administrative tasks to implement human resources (HR) processes, including
termination process, etc.

Perform data entry and assist in testing, updating functionalities, and reporting any issues or errors on
the internal HR software/systems according to management requirements and within the scope of job

Coordinate with relevant departments during the preparation process for employee reward,

Collect, perform basic analysis, compile data, and prepare HR reports (according to regulations and
as requested)
Support in reviewing and making recommendations to improve processes, procedures, forms, and
systems to enhance the quality of HR services
Participate in team or company activities/projects
Other reasonable duties as requested
REQUIREMENTS
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required.
• Have strong knowledge about talent management and employment- related Laws
• English level (CEFR) B2 or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict- resolution skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
