► Performance Management
► Compensation & Benefits
• Oversee the full cycle of payroll and PIT (including PIT Finalization), SHUI.
• Cooperate with team to implement employer branding initiatives and activities to enhance company&039;s brand in talent market, including participating in relevant events...
• Stay up to date with new laws and regulations concerning HR, including changes in employee benefits, PIT, overtime, and other related matters.
• Manage Staff&039;s Attendance, Leaves records.
• Participate in Human Resources related actions for the Digital transformation project.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the understanding of their needs & expectations then compile a consistent list of requirements, develop job descriptions, job specifications for roles.
• Do Labor Contract Termination and contact Social Health Offices and Labor Authority on providing Labor Book, Social Insurance Books for Leaving Staffs.
• Proceed and ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary procedures are completed promptly and accurately.
• Propose & support activities to develop the company&039;s learning culture as well as internal communications and engagement activities.
• Support in implementing the level up and promotion process according to the company&039;s regulations.
• Execute comprehensive recruitment process from identifying talents, planning interview schedule and conducting interviews and assessing applicants&039; knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Undertake other tasks assigned by superiors to support the efficient functioning of the HR.
• Provide ongoing support and explanation to employees on the Performance Management process and follow- up to ensure effective and timely implementation of the process.
• Communicate with employees the HR related policies/ guidelines/ information for the transparent understanding and consistent and implementation of the company.
► Learning & Development
• Conduct or facilitate required and recommended training sessions.
• Give notice to stakeholders before the contract expires and probation term ends.
• Monthly report to relevant departments. Fulfill local report requirements following templates of local authorities (Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs (DOLISA), Immigration department, ...).
• Develop and implement company policies in accordance with laws and internal policies.
• Keep track of hiring metrics with consistent and correct data and make use of such data to provide insights, dashboard that allow strategic decision- making process regarding recruitment improvement.
• Coordinate with internal trainers and external suppliers to develop training courses and programs.
• Implement the report for the state per legal regulations and the manager&039;s request.
• Implement the performance evaluation process twice a fiscal year according to the company&039;s regulations.
• Update newcomers tracking and contract database and provide follow- up action as needed (renew, increment, leaving).
• Do Monthly Incentive/Commission/Allowance/ Rewards Calculation.
► Talent Acquisition
• Manage personnel information (Profiles, Graduation Certificates, Criminal Records and other required documents).
• Prepare and renew Labor Contract.
