HR Manager (Cum Office Manager)

JOB OVERALL
THS is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Director, HR, and secondary reporting into to the Head of THS, Vietnam. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR business partnering with stakeholders. This individual will provide expert HR advisory on talent attraction, retention, and employer branding, while also serving as a hands- on HR generalist. With the autonomy to grow their own team in the future, the HR Manager will collaborate closely with the THS Leadership Team to implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business objectives.
HR Business Partnering:
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate and work closely with the shared services and centre of excellence functions.
• Provide expert advisory on talent attraction, retention, and employer branding initiatives.
• Drive the implementation of HR programs to support organizational growth and development.
Employee Relations:
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance management, grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to support a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop a good relationship with the local authorities.
• Handle employee relations matters by investigating and resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
• Implement effective talent management processes to support career development and succession planning.
• Oversee the recruitment cycle to attract the top talent across multiple functions and levels.
Leadership and Team Development:
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Build and grow the HR team as needed to support business expansion and strategic initiatives.
Compensation and Benefit
• Design and implement a competitive salary and benefits package to attract and retain employees
Office management
• Manage and oversee office facilities to ensure that the office is well- maintained.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate headquarters on all office- related matters
• Manage and control the office expenditure within the allocated budget.
• Oversee and assist the various administrative tasks as required.
Any other scope and project as assigned

• Ability to thrive in a fast- paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proven track record of driving HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of local employment laws and practices in Vietnam.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English language is a must.
