* Compensation & Benefits
- Work with Union in managing union fund, employee awards and punishment. Arrange other activities to enhance and improve employee satisfactions.
- Build up the frame works for other employee services including: meal, healthcare, transportation, other legal training.
- Set work norm for each department and propose employee reward programs.
- Lead financial programs to support for poor, lonely or elderly workers who are working with the company or upon resignation.
- Propose corporate structure, job titles and job rates within the responsibility and assigned boundaries.
- Salary structure, key performance objectives and key performance indicators for departments and individuals as the benchmark for C&B policies.
- C&B budget preparation and adjustment.
- In charge of compensation and benefit for the whole Vietnam Entity including Dan On, An Dien, My Phuoc 3, Branches and other affiliates and subordinates in Vietnam.
* Administration
- Build up employee orientation program and development of this program upon the company’s change and expansion.
- Lead and settle on behalf of the company any employee disputes, injustice complaints, racism, and other related issues.
- Build up codes of business conducts (COBC) upon the company strategies and visions to instruct and guideline most of company’s operations, employee behaviors and practices.
- Ensure all employees, and especially foreigners, have up- to- date paperwork in line with standard practices of Vietnamese law.
* Training & Development
- Review and revise employee orientation materials and practices quarterly to ensure employee retention.
- Assist to recruit manpower from other regions including Canada, US, Hong Kong, etc.
- Build up in- house training and development plan, including career maps for key individuals, employee retention plan, on the job training.
- Manpower fulfillment and recruitment.
- Ensure all employees, especially those working with the company for a long time, have the chance to retrain and redevelop crucial skills to stay competitive with the current industry.
