HR Officer

Manage staff database, labour contract
Assist HR Managers in annual salary review, performance evaluation, promotion programs, etc.
Support monthly payroll, Personal Income Tax, Social Insurances, staff allowances and bonus in accordance with company policies
Attendance check
Making and submit reports following Labor Law/government
Arrange Interview, inform schedule
Support the HR Manager to prepare annual budget
Job posting, look for CVs
Make monthly/periodically internal payroll report/ costing report, PIT report and other statutory reports for relevant authorities
Checking requirement documents of newcomers
Support HR Manager to develop and implement C&B Policies, Reward & Recognition Programs, Loyalty Schemes, ...
Conduct, prepare data for salary survey
Perform other tasks assigned by the Management
Participate/ assist HRM in implementing teams projects & initiatives

• Mature, careful and result- oriented
• Good at communication
• Able to work well under pressure and to meet target & deadlines
• Good at English both speaking & writing
• Good at numerical reasoning and logical thinking
• Expert user of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• At least 3- year experience in foreign companies with good knowledge of labor law, PIT law, Social Insurance Law and other related regulations
• University/ College graduate in related fields
