Mô tả công việc

Support the development and management of the company&039;s social media presence on all platforms, ensuring alignment with the company&039;s employer branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Assist in talent acquisition activities by implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, recruit, and retain talent across all vacancies, including IT and non- IT roles.
Take an active role in driving employee engagement initiatives, including organizing internal team activities and events like new hire welcoming sessions, knowledge- sharing workshops, company clubs, and special occasions such as employee birthdays, YEP, and company trips.
Create and edit HR documentation, materials, and communications, such as the Employee Handbook, Announcements, and Blog Posts.
Manage an HR information system to accurately track employees&039; attendance and leave, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Perform other ad hoc duties as the Head of HR and Board of Directors assigned.
Collaborate with the HR team to design, implement, and oversee all HR- related processes throughout the employee journey, from onboarding to off- boarding. This includes performance assessment and people development.

Yêu cầu công việc

Good verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese & English;
Proven work experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast- paced environment such as start- ups or technology companies;
Hands- on experience in Internal Communication, Employee Engagement, or Employer Branding domains is highly appreciated;
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with others, gather and engage people;
Eager to learn & grow.
Reliable, Responsive, Proactive & Result- driven;
Self- starter with a collaborative, “can- do” attitude who can quickly adapt to changes & fast- growing environments;
