Develop assessment frame work, collaborate with other department managers to set up KPI for employee assessment, coordinate all assessment activities.
Ensure department project, department milestone, department goals are meet and adhering to approved budget
Perform other duties as assigned.
Deal with complex disciplinary and HR issues.
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits, research and propose competitive salary structure to ensure the organization attracts and retain top talent.
Manage HR works such as manage recruitment activities, compensation & benefit, training employee, talent acquisition and retaining, etc.
Set up strategies for Human Resouces & Genneral Affairs department to achieve organization objective.
Collaborate with other department managers to understand and execute the organization&039;s human resource and talent strategy including defining current and future talent needs, deploying recruitment planning, training planning, promotion planning, retention planning and succession planning.
Manage general affairs activities.

Experience: At least 10 years experience in human resources and general affairs and at least 3 years experience in manager level.
Male or Female, 33- 40 years old.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education: Bachelor Degree or higher level in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Accounting or related field.
Language: Good command in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience in manufacturing company (size: >100 employees) is preferable.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written organization communication skills.
Experience in Fast- Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) business is a plus.
Working Time: 8:00 – 17:00, Mon – Fri & alternative Sat
Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)
