Lead and execute recruitment process, ensuring not only the Company hires the right- fit talents and but also strengthen the Company’s image through a well- conducted recruitment process.
Be in- charge of the internal communication activities, ensuring the employees are well informed/ updated of business information that they must know to perform the works well.
Design and run new employees on- boarding program, ensuring new comers are well looked after and enabled to integrate well to the team.
Source and attract potential candidates through various channels that are active and well- liked by the work force.
Execute the recruitment activities following the company’s standard process.
Build talent sources, keep them warm with professional connections, ready for the company’s talent needs at all times.
Take care of Labour Contracts and Payroll activities
Be responsible for the company’s payroll process, making sure all employees’ salaries are processed following the company’s approved standards including but not limited to attendance tracking, PIT and compulsory insurance contributions calculation, etc. being conducted accurately and in time.
Lead the HR filing systems, both on and off lines, especially the employees’ personal files, ensuring all are in good order and well updated.
Manage and proceed employees’ benefits programs following the company’s approved policies.
Ensure all employees’ labor contracts related matters are processed meeting the Labour Law requirements and in- line with the company’s standards, which includes but not limited to handling new/extended contracts, assisting in employees resignation, etc. ensuring every step are taken in accordance to the Labour Law requirements and the company’s policies.
Work with the Labor Department and the Insurance Department in matters that relate to employees working condition and insurance contribution, making sure all kinds of reports are prepared and submitted meeting the requirements.
Manage and look- after the company’s HR system, making sure the system runs smoothly well supporting operation requirements
Actively identify areas for improvement to ensure the system meets the operational demands, make early requests for in- time enhancement.
Ensure the required employees related data is updated on time, in full and accurately.
Ensure employees data stored in the system is maintained and governed effectively, ready to generate available data or reports right upon request.
Ensure problems/shortages of the system to be addressed and fixed properly in time.

Take part in organizing the company’s CSR programs where so required.
Be part of the organization team of any Company’s organized employees related activities such as team buildings, company’s meetings, etc.
