Designing and operating human resources management systems
- Coordinate with department heads to conduct personnel evaluations and staffing planning;
- Participate in updating: company directorate&039;s internal communication policies, programs, and messages.
- Recruitment of labor according to the requirements of departments and the development orientation of the company;
- Comprehensive Human Resources Management: Appointment, dismissal, relocation, transfer, evaluation, planning, and discipline of employees;
- Participate in updating: procedures, personnel management regulations.
- Provide orientation training for new employees on procedures, regulations, and corporate culture integration.
- Management of employee records, workers, continuously and accurately updating 100% of personnel information;
Labor relations management, human resources policies, handling arising conflicts
- Handling arising conflicts in labor relations.
- Manage salary, rewards, and social insurance benefits for employees. Propose human resource policies on appropriate benefits for employees in the company&039;s salary and bonus fund forecast.
- Update legal documents: taxes, social insurance, labor laws to propose regulations, personnel forms, and policies consistent with the company&039;s direction and legal requirements.
Participate in updating regulations, rules, operational procedures, coordination, and department functions
- Participate in updating coordination procedures between departments.
- Propose updates to the company&039;s general regulations.
Planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising all human resources- related activities
- Evaluate human resource development through human resource policies- promotion policies, transfers, replacements.
- Propose and organize the implementation of internal communication programs- corporate culture to accurately convey the core values of the company and leadership messages to all employees.
- Propose updates to salary, rewards, disciplinary measures, and employee welfare schemes.
- Plan recruitment, training, and development of human resources on a quarterly, monthly, and yearly basis.
