POSITION PURPOSE
Human Resources Manager establishes and implements HR procedures to ensure the efficient selection, development and recognition towards all hotel employees. HR Manager supervises and controls General affairs & Admin matters of the hotel as well.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Technical Responsibilities:
• Follow, implement and regularly audit Human Resources procedures according to ISO and TMGH standard.
• Handle and be responsible for general HR enquiries and other special projects to HR departments
Recruitment and Job placement:
• Keep record and update HR Database
• Screen CVs, first round interview, recommend shorted list for the vacancy and Reference check for recruitment
• Prepare and place all internal & external advertisements for recruitments
• In charge of Recruitment Planning and Execution
• Recommend, approve for job placement: transfer, promotion, demotion
• Prepare Job Description & make sure that all job advertisements follow position Job Descriptions
• Double check and submit for approval for new contracts and employment packages paperwork’s
Training and development:
• Training budget- yearly preparation and get approval for action
• Conduct general orientation/induction training for newly hired employees
• Coordinate with Group training Manager and workplace trainers to conduct training for employees
HR Budget planning & control:
• Ensure HR P&L is on the track of the budget and logically reflect the personnel performance to the HR costs
• Work closely with HoDs, FC and GM to submit yearly HR budget and HR revised budget following guidelines of TMGH
• Recommend changes and get approval for HR budget in need
• Based on the approved HR budget, implement and control it strictly for each and every position
Compensation and benefits:
• Assist develop remuneration strategy and policy for hotel staff
• Double check monthly salary calculation and final payments for resigned employees
• Double check PIT registration, Insurance Matters and payment
• Recommend and implement full compensations packages for local and expats positions: basic salary, insurances, benefits and other welfare
Labor law and HR policies:
• Update, implement and maintain Hotel Operation regulations and Labor Collective Agreement
• Update and implement labor law in compliance with company policy and group policy
Employee performance appraisal:
• Plan, implement and produce all performance appraisal for all staff following KPIs and Job Descriptions
• Conduct meeting with staffs for performance and salary review if needed
• Plan and submit employees KPIs following the guidelines from Head Office
Legal, Administration and secretariat:
• Handle Inspections from authorities and audit team
• Arrange travel and business trip for hotel staffs/managers
• Complete the necessary legal documents: certificate, licenses for the hotel
• Visa, passport, work permit: submit for new approval, renewal and extensions
• Approve for leave applications forms and submit it to GM
Employee welfare & employee relation:
• Preparation and organization of Annual Staff Party and yearly Staff Outing
• Recommend employee recognition / rewards
• Staff building control: implement and monitor regulation for all rooms
• Work on budget and plan to send staffs/managers to TMG Day
• Approve for accommodating, moving or leaving staff building
• Staff changing room&039;s comfort and cleanness (daily control & inspection, assets protect and maintenance and recommend for improvement in the area)
• Work closely with Trade Union to produce Annual plan for staff activities to improve the staff welfare
Others:
• Supervise to update and enrich the Announcement Boards including Organization Chart, Memo, New working regulations, staff welfare
