Human Resources Reporting Specialist

• The
Human Resources Reporting Specialist
is primarily responsible for producing HR reports. This role requires the synthesis of internal analysis with market research to enhance the quality of the reports and provide a comprehensive overview of the HR landscape in the Information Technology sector.

Responsibilities
Report Production:
• Tailor reports to reflect the company’s strategic HR objectives and operational needs.
• Generate regular and ad- hoc HR reports, focusing on accuracy and relevance.

Market Research Integration:
• Integrate market research findings into internal HR reports to provide a comprehensive view of the HR landscape in the Information Technology sector.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and market dynamics.
• Conduct market research to incorporate external insights into HR reports.

Internal Analysis:
• Analyze internal HR metrics and performance data to benchmark against industry standards.
• Use insights from internal data to inform and enhance external market understanding.
• Collaborate with the HR team to gather and analyze internal data.

• Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in an HR/ Market research context.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
