Ie/Ci Supervisor

Improve Line efficiency, cost saving plan. Clear definition of standards for all resources required by manufacturing (DL/IDL, Cycle Time, Takt Time, Material Flow, Utilities, etc.).
Lead and driving IE team for improvement activities, daily job basis. Support all IE activities related and tasks in order to achieve highest quality of KPI.
Defined cycle time measurement, efficiency loss and improvement activities.
Skill upbringings of all IE staffs with right direction and direct participation in relevant process through Lean- Six Sigma Tool.
Ensure that all capacity analysis models are up to date.
Process document control: Process Manual, Working Instruction, TD (Technical Deviation), SOP.
Floor space requirements to support customer demand.
Focus on the Industrial Engineering function for Assembly & Packing Area.
New Document System migration, E/M Routing estimation & update, ECO Management.
Follow production output daily. Make sure achieve the standard target. Document improvement updated timely.
Drive Internal / External Benchmarking effort / activities.
Manned capacity Analysis that includes the used of MOST technique.

Lean manufacturing concept.
Understand UG / CAD / WORD / EXCEL software, working knowledge.
Expertise in the use of Lean Tools such as: VSM, Benchmarking, Loss Stratification, SMED... Ability to train 8 wastes and apply it regularly.
4- 6 years of manufacturing experience with a multi- national company in Industrial Engineering.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to perform Risk Assessment. Lean Methods and Tools: Ability to develop problem solving capacities of the Team members. Practice SPC & basic tools regularly: PDCA, 8D, Kaizen,…
University bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (ISE) or Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related.
Able to identify the strengths and weakness of the multinational teams; define actions to improve the team skills, scope, and capability.
Strong decision making with good analytical / problem solving skills.
