Job description:
• Comply with department and company processes, rules, and regulations.
• Receive information from sales team and customers to provide a quote- prepare samples- create PI- follow up production progress, logistic- handle complaints- follow up debts.
• Complete job assigned by leader.
• Maintain good service and relationship with customer
• Make revenue reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
• Assist international sales staff in meeting customer needs.

• Export customer service skills and knowledge of export operations are essential.
• English 4 skills: Listening, speaking, reading, writing
• Strong negotiation and problem- solving skills are required
• At least one year of experience in a similar position is required
