About my client
DigiSource&039;s Client is Dynamite Studio, based in Singapore

Assist the IT Manager in implementing IT projects.
Help the IT Manager prepare IT documentation, including policies, user guides, training documents, etc.
Support users in resolving IT technical issues. Install hardware/software for standalone PCs, IT equipment, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Manage IT assets and perform general maintenance tasks, diagnose problems, replace, repair, and maintain computers and IT equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain computer network systems for the company.

Job Requirement

Strong knowledge of installing and configuring hardware, software, and network devices.
Basic English proficiency to read and understand technical documents.
College/University degree in Information Technology or related fields.
Experience in corporate IT support is a plus.
Good teamwork skills and the ability to provide excellent user support.
Problem- solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
At least 3- 5 years of experience in network management and IT support.

Working hour: 9h- 18h on Monday- Friday
